Discover Germany – Part 5

This is the fifth and final part of the Discover Germany series. After the last stage in part 4 of "Discover Germany", the route went through southern Germany to Hof in the Vogtland region. From the Vogtland, the route now covers 770 nautical miles, in 12 legs, through Thuringia - along the Saale River, back into Bavaria and Hesse - along the Main River and back into the new federal states to Berlin, the starting point of this long tour through Germany. The route zigzags back and forth, taking in many important places in German history and significant landmarks. As always, detailed information is available in the Navlog. The Cessna Skyhawk G1000 offers balanced flight characteristics at low altitudes as well as on grass runways and large airports.
