Caribbean Nights - Mexico, Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Cuba

This package of “Caribbean Nights” continues the work that was started by my friend Thomas, alias BuffyGC, from Nordheim Missions and is also the last part of the exciting adventure trip through the Caribbean and the neighboring countries. In this part you will encounter unexpected natural wonders, admire some relics of the ancient Mayan civilization and have to make some long jumps across the sea. At the end, you will return to the starting point of the journey in Key West. The missions offer lots of entertaining information about the history, politics, culture and economic context of the destinations you fly to. The texts in the Navlog are machine-translated into all available languages of the MSFS. Therefore, translation errors may occur. I am grateful if such errors are brought to my attention for correction.

This package contains 3 bush trips, a discovery flight and a scenery. In all missions a GPS course is available, weather and times can be customized and they can be flown as multiplayer missions. In addition, many other settings are unlocked to customize the flying experience. If you have any technical issues or would like to provide feedback, contact information will appear on this page once you have purchased this package.

Now to the individual missions:

Yucatan, Mexico

The Yucatán Peninsula in south-eastern Mexico is a tropical region that separates the Gulf of Mexico from the Caribbean Sea and is known for its mixture of nature, culture and history, which you will get to know a little better on this trip. The landscape is predominantly flat, characterized by dense forest and countless cenotes - natural limestone wells formed by collapsed caves. Like Guatemala, Yucatán is considered the heartland of the Mayan civilization, which is why it is home to world-famous archaeological sites such as Chichén Itzá and Tulum.

Your aircraft, the XCub 01 Livery, will serve you well on this trip. Make sure that the 01 Livery is installed so that the mission is also displayed.

Cayman Islands and Jamaica

This mission will give you that real Caribbean feeling once again. It crosses the Caribbean Sea from island to island. After a flying visit to Cuba, we head to the Cayman Islands and the dream destination of many vacationers - Jamaica. You can keep dreaming, but now we're making it come true - even if “only” in the simulator. With some long distances to cover over the sea, the TBM 930 01Livery is a good compromise between speed and maneuverability.

Cuba

A trip to Cuba often feels like stepping back in time - and at the same time like immersing yourself in a vibrant, warm-hearted culture. The special thing about Cuba is the mixture of colonial architecture, Caribbean nature, vitality and an everyday life that is noticeably different from many other countries. Nature ranges from endless beaches with turquoise waters to tobacco fields and wild stretches of coastline. There is also rum, cigars, salsa, sun and a culture that is full of joie de vivre despite all the difficulties. After flying over Cuba, you return to the starting point of the “Caribbean Nights” series in Key West, Florida. Here, a long and fascinating journey through the entire Caribbean comes full circle. You fly with the Bonanza G36 01 Livery, which impresses with both its speed and maneuverability.
