■ In this Pack - A320 JETBLUE David Neeleman launched JetBlue on 11 February 2000, with flights from JFK to Buffalo and Fort Lauderdale, creating another low-cost airline and declaring war on the industry's cynical assumption that “cheap prices” necessarily meant poor quality.
