The PA28 Archer II is an American single-engine, 4-seat monoplane. Introduced in 1975, it is a member of a popular PA28 family of light aircraft, the fist of which took its maiden flight in January of 1960. The Archer II features a larger wing, an elongated fuselage, and improved performance over its direct predecessors. The Archer II cabin seats up to four, including the pilot. It has a traditional empennage and a fixed tricycle undercarriage with wheel pants for maximum aerodynamic efficiency.
