Realistic flight dynamics compared to the real airplane. Realistic weight and balance. Tested by several pilots for maximum accuracy. Physically Based Rendering (PBR) materials and textures. PBR materials authored with industry-standard software used by the film and gaming industries. The Arrow III is a low-wing, single-engine airplane that is a member of the Piper PA-28 Cherokee family of aircraft.

Introduced in 1977, the Arrow III is powered by a fuel-injected 200-horsepower Lycoming IO-360 piston engine that turns a variable-pitch, constant speed propeller, and has a wing that optimizes control at or near stall. The airplane also features a semi-automatic landing gear system that virtually eliminates the possibility of a premature retraction during takeoff or a wheels-up landing. Able to seat up to four, the Arrow III has an impressive cruising speed of 160 miles per hour, can climb at 830 feet per minute, and has a ceiling of 16,200 feet above sea level.

With the Arrow III, Piper crafted a machine that balances performance, utility, and ease-of-flight like few other airplanes offer. Pilots can enjoy hours of cruising as the Arrow III features a range of 800 miles. They can perform basic aerobatics with confidence due to the plane’s ample power, stability, and handling characteristics throughout a wide range of speeds. With controls geared toward intuitiveness, flying the Arrow III is natural and straightforward, granting a cockpit experience that engenders a feel for the essence of aviation’s spirit.
