The Aurora is a 2-seat, single engine light sport aircraft. It took its maiden flight in 2008 and entered service in mid-2013. Conceived as an affordable, multipurpose aircraft, the Aurora is a favorite among flight schools and those who appreciate a comfortable, forgiving flying experience.

The Aurora features all-composite construction, primarily carbon fiber, and a sleek form. It has a low-wing cantilever design with a standard empennage and a fixed tricycle undercarriage with spatted wheels. It boasts side-by-side seating with a bubble canopy for optimal pilot field of view. It has dual center-stick controls and modern avionics.

The Aurora measures 22 feet, 8 inches in length, stands 8 feet, 2 inches tall, and has a wingspan of 28 feet, 3 inches. It is powered by a single 4-cylinder aircraft piston engine that turns a 2-blade, fixed-pitch propeller.

The aircraft has a range of 750 miles, a service ceiling of 13,000 feet above sea level, and a climb rate of 1,080 feet per minute. It cruises at 140 miles per hour, stalls at 45 miles per hour, and has a never-exceed speed of 170 miles per hour.
