CowanSim R66 v1.0.1 Initial Release

From the creator of helicopters for X-Plane, such as the 206B3, 206L3, 222B, 222UT, 500E and H125/AS350B3e, the CowanSim R66 is the newest addition to the Microsoft Flight Simulator fleet. Cowan Simulation strives for perfection and continuously updates their fleet using valuable feedback from pilots around the world. The R66, and subsequent releases, will continue to be developed using that valuable information. CowanSim's flight models are pilot tested, approved and developed with the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK. No external flight model/dynamics or programs are used to provide a seamless user experience.

Options like the passengers and more are available through the weight and balance settings window. The R66 comes with 51 liveries, and an easy-to-use paint kit is provided in GIMP, Adobe Photoshop formats. A Blender model is also provided for the 3D painters.

The start-up checklist is in the main folder. There's also one in the cockpit for your convenience. There is an online manual and checklist that you can find at CowanSim.com.

UPDATE:

Fixed the cyclic neutral fwd aft position.
Fixed the beacon and nav lights artifacts. (confirmed)
Camera views updated since the cyclic moved.
Fixed the VR cyclic collider for grabbing the cyclic in VR. (confirmed)
Fixed the left rear door off by default.
A few modeling enhancements.
Fixed the anti-torque pedal animations and neutral position.
Moved the checklist position since it was a little too far away.
Glass panel G3X screens are brighter and can be adjusted with the “INST. LIGHTS” potentiometer.
Sounds were adjusted to get rid of the high pitch squealing that lots of people were sensitive to.
Multiplayer sounds were fixed to sync up the engine and rotor sound distances.
SU15 governor code requirements updated to fix any governor issues.
Changed the starter auto cutoff to 25% N1. Some people were having issues being too slow to introduce fuel when starting.
Fixed some FLT issues that were causing problems depending on how the fight was started.
AC, map, and cabin light switches changed to horizontal and reversed for better manipulation.
All screen glass materials adjusted for better visibility.
Fixed oil pressure range and accuracy.
Fixed vertical speed gauge inaccuracies.

UPDATE:

Added proper hangar description localization file. Fuel consumption fixed. Generator annunciator light fixed. Fixed the yoke/cyclic hider. Fixed the rotor blur of hubs. Fixed beacon light artifacts.
