The Cirrus Vision SF50 is a low-wing, single-engine light jet developed and produced by American aviation manufacturer Cirrus Aircraft. The jet, which accommodates a total of seven (including two in the cockpit), holds the distinction of being the least expensive new jet aircraft available. The Vision SF50, also simply called the Vision Jet, took its maiden flight on July 3, 2008 and was first delivered in 2016. It is used primarily for business travel.

The SF50 is pressurized and features all-composite construction, which is primarily carbon fiber-based materials. It measures 30 feet, 11 inches in length, stands 10 feet, 11 inches tall, has a gently swept main wing with a span of 38 feet, 8 inches, and has a V-tail empennage. The cockpit boasts side stick control and Garmin avionics with dual 14-inch screens. The Vision Jet also has an emergency whole-aircraft parachute system.

The jet is powered by a single Williams FJ33-5A turbofan engine that delivers up to 1,846 pounds of thrust. The engine is mounted on the top of the aircraft’s rear fuselage. It has a range of 1,381 miles, a service ceiling of 31,000 feet, and a climb rate of 1,609 feet per minute. The SF50 stalls at 77 miles per hour, cruises at 351 mph, and has a top speed of 358.
