TL-Ultralight Sirius TL3000

FSReborn

LSAULTRALIGHTCAPSBRSTL3000

4.7/5 (92)

Behind the TL 3000 Sirius - the high-wing carbon composite aircraft from TL Ultralight - stands the experience of more than 700 of its low-wing siblings, the Star and the Sting. The ideas of larger cockpit with ultramodern equipment, unlimited aircraft view and surprisingly large luggage compartment have been added.

We even considered comfort for well-built pilots! This will be especially appreciated during longer business trips. The Sirius has set a new benchmark in comfort and ergonomics. That is why it is the TL-ULTRALIGHT champion in its category. If quality, comfort and style are your priorities, you will go for the Sirius.

The FSReborn modeling of the TL3000 features:

  • Realistic night lighting, exterior lighting and ambient lighting inside the cabin.
  • CFD (Computation Fluid Dynamics) and new MSFS prop physics fully implemented into the flight model.
  • Realistic flight model tested by TL3000 pilots.
  • MSFS rain and icing effects included.
  • Highly accurate 3D model and animations.
  • Opening doors.
  • Full custom engine carburettor physics modelled, this includes choke behaviour due to ambient + engine temperature, inverted flight consequences and many other real world behaviours.
  • Full custom coded checklist as per original aircraft POH(Pilot Operational Handbook) with interactive co-pilot.
  • Tablet EFB to operate many options of the aircraft, including fuel, weight, chocks, pitot tube cover, tyre pressure, break pads, battery charge, engine maintenance, lighting bulbs and many more.
  • Custom maintenance module (via the EFB) which manages wear and tear to many components of the aircraft alongside with realistic behaviours, failures and consequences in your flight such as, engine failures, brake failures, electrical failures, tyre's air pressure and many others real world circumstances encountered by real pilots.
  • BRS (Ballistic Rescue System also known as CAPS) full implemented and operational, designed with custom physics and flight model. This is the seconds aircraft in MSFS capable of bringing this technology and experience to users. The 1st was Sting S4 by FSReborn :).
  • Full GTN750 integration (PMS50) or TDS (Requires a mod by TDS).
  • 4K highly detailed PBR textures for the best immersion experience possible.
  • 10 liveries included.
  • All Sounds Recorded from a real aircraft TL3000

The TL-3000 Sirius is a single-engine, two-seat, light sport aircraft by TL ultralight of the Czech Republic. The high-wing airplane took its first flight on May 21, 2008 and it was introduced in 2010.

The TL-3000 was developed on the heels of the company’s low-wing, two-seat TL-2000 Sting model. Like the TL-2000, the Sirius uses composite construction throughout, including a carbon fiber composite wing and fiberglass and carbon fiber in its fuselage.

The TL-3000 measures 22 feet, 2 inches in length and stands 7 feet, 5 inches tall. The airplane features side-by-side seating, fixed tricycle landing gear, a standard tail unit, and a strut-braced main wing with a span of 30 feet, 10 inches. The aircraft is powered by a 4-cylinder Rotax 912ULS engine that generates up to 100 horsepower an turns a 3-blade propeller.

The Sirius has a range of 870 miles, a service ceiling of 16,500 feet above sea level (10,000 foot maximum operating altitude), and a climb rate of 910 feet per minute. The TL-3000 cruises at 119 miles per hour, stalls at 40 mph, and has a max speed of 140.

The TL-3000 Sirius is a light, small aircraft with a large degree of versatility. Pilot-owners of the airframe throughout the world hail it for its ease of handling, forgivingness (especially at low speeds), and performance as a cross-country flyer.
