The HVN900 UAV Drone is a single-engine, multi-payload, multi-mission military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The aircraft is a MALE (medium-altitude, long-endurance) class system that has a service ceiling of 30,000 feet above sea level and an endurance of up to 36 hours. The vehicle is operated by two ground crewmembers as part of the overall unmanned aircraft system (UAS) that comprises the HVN900 UAV Drone.

The aircraft comprises a long, cylindrical fuselage with a bulbous nose, a fixed tricycle undercarriage, a high-aspect ratio main wing, and a V-tail empennage. It measures 27 feet, 3 inches in length and has a wingspan of 49 feet, 3 inches. It is powered by a 115-horsepower, 4-cylinder piston engine that turns a 3-blade, constant-speed propeller in a pusher configuration. Its design and power arrangement are optimized for high-altitude, straight-line flying.

The HVN900 UAV Drone can carry a wide variety of packages in its nose for the myriad missions it can perform. These include: electro-optical / infrared (EO/IR) still and video imagery capture systems, radar systems, signals intelligence (SIGINT) collections systems, measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) collections systems, communication intelligence (COMINT) collections systems, and multi-intelligence (MULTINT) systems. The aircraft can also carry electronic warfare (EW) systems, including jamming systems.
