“ManO’War,” a P-51D-25-NA, was built by North American Aviation in 1944 for the United States Army Air Forces. Subsequent to its military ownership, the airframe has been a war bird for its entire life, with few modifications. Considered one of the finest war birds in existence, ManO’War flies with the Commemorative Air Force and makes a number of appearances at air shows in flight and on the ground as a static display. In 2021, ManO’War finished 5th in the Unlimited Silver race with an average speed of 297.162 miles per hour.
