Immerse Yourself in the Iconic P-51 Mustang Experience

Bring the legendary P-51 Mustang to life with our meticulously crafted sound pack, designed specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Whether you're a seasoned virtual pilot or a passionate flight simulation enthusiast, this high-quality audio collection transports you straight into the heart of World War II aviation.

The P-51 Sound Pack is tailored for the Aeroplane Heaven P-51D model, ensuring a premium and authentic audio experience. However, its versatility extends beyond just one aircraft. The sound pack is also compatible with the Reno P-51 from 2020, as well as the default P-51 featured in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. No matter which version of the aircraft you're flying, you'll benefit from an enhanced and immersive soundscape.

This sound pack features immersive and accurate internal and external Packard Merlin engine sounds, capturing everything from the iconic startup growl to the engine’s rich roar at full throttle. Realistic distance attenuation effects further deepen the sense of immersion. High-fidelity foley sounds, recorded directly from real aircraft, bring every cockpit interaction to life—each switch, lever, and knob has its own distinct audio cue. Additionally, stunning new flyby ambiances recreate the unforgettable thrill of hearing a Mustang scream overhead at an airshow. The package also includes realistic backfire effects, triggered when the engine is warm, the throttle is pulled back, and the mixture is rich—just like in the real thing.

Built for the Aeroplane Heaven P-51D but engineered for broad compatibility, this sound pack is a must-have upgrade for anyone looking to elevate their P-51 simulation experience to new heights.

Due to a current issue with the current Marketplace version, the sound pack folder with Marketplace will load before the Aeroplane Heaven sounds. We are working with MS to resolve this, but for now, you need to delete the "sound" and "soundai" XML files in the Aeroplane Heaven addon, or move the sounds from the official folder to your community folder.
