The 777-200LR is a wide-body, long-range, twin-engine commercial jet airliner produced by American aviation manufacturer Boeing. The -200LR is an ultra-long-range variant of the initial commercial release of the airframe, the 777-200. The 777-200 took its first flight on June 12, 1994 and entered commercial service on June 7, 1995. The 777-200LR took its maiden flight on March 8, 2005 and entered service in 2006.

The 777-200LR is piloted by two and carries up to 317 passengers in its typical seating arrangements. It has a maximum rated capacity of 440 passengers.

The 777-200LR features state-of-the-art digital flight management and diagnostics, fly-by-wire controls, and a glass cockpit. The aircraft measures 209 feet, 1 inch in length, has a fuselage width of 20 feet, 4 inches, and it stands 61 feet, 1 inch from the ground to the top of its vertical stabilizer. It has a swept main wing with a span of 199 feet, 11 inches and is powered by two wing-mounted high-bypass turbofan engines that deliver up to 110,000 pounds of thrust.

The 777-200LR has a range of 9,845 miles, a service ceiling of 43,100 feet above sea level, a cruising speed of 555 miles per hour, and a maximum speed of 588 mph.
