About the Boeing 777-300 The Boeing 777-300 represents the original stretched variant of Boeing's revolutionary twin-engine widebody. As the first extended-length model in the 777 family, it combines impressive passenger capacity with the reliability and efficiency that made the 777 series legendary.

Featuring a 9.1-meter fuselage extension over the 777-200, the -300 variant can accommodate up to 550 passengers in high-density configurations while maintaining the aircraft's signature smooth handling characteristics. Powered by either Pratt & Whitney PW4000, General Electric GE90, or Rolls-Royce Trent 800 engines, the 777-300 delivers exceptional performance on medium to long-haul routes.

The aircraft's advanced flight deck features Boeing's signature glass cockpit with LCD displays, while passengers enjoy one of the widest cabins in its class. Though later superseded by the longer-range 777-300ER, the original -300 variant remains an important part of aviation history, having paved the way for modern twin-engine long-haul operations.

The 777-300 is a twin-engine, long-range commercial jet airliner developed and manufactured by American aviation producer Boeing. It is a stretched iteration of the base model 777, the 777-200, which took its first flight on June 12, 1994 and entered commercial service on June 7, 1995.

The 777-300 took its maiden flight on October 16, 1997 and it entered service on May 27, 1998. The jet is crewed by two and it can hold a maximum of 550 passengers, although it carries a maximum of 396 in typical seating configurations. Boeing manufactured a total of 60 777-300s during a production run that spanned from 1997 to 2006.

The 777-300 features a glass cockpit, fly-by-wire flight controls, and advanced diagnostic systems. It measures 242 feet, 4 inches in length, has a fuselage width of 20 feet, 4 inches, and it stands 60 feet, 8 inches, as measured from the ground to the top of its vertical stabilizer. It has a swept main wing with a span of 199 feet, 11 inches and is powered by two wing-mounted high-bypass turbofan engines, either the Pratt & Whitney PW4000 or the Rolls-Royce Trent 800, each of which generates up to 98,000 pounds of thrust.

The 777-300 has a range of 6,939 miles, a service ceiling of 43,100 feet above sea level, a cruising speed of 555 miles per hour, and a maximum speed of 588 mph.
