The Su-75 Checkmate is a single-engine, single-seat, low observable, multi-role tactical fighter developed by Russian aviation manufacturer Sukhoi. The jet is a fifth-generation military aircraft and is intended for the export market. It can undertake a variety of missions including air superiority, strike, close air support, and ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) data collections.

The jet features a shape that balances low radar cross section with high maneuverability and speed. It comprises a modified delta wing with leading edge root extensions, a V-tail empennage, a low-profile fuselage, and internal weapons bays. It has an advanced cockpit with two large touchscreen multi-function displays and a wide-angle head-up display. It uses state-of-the-art digital flight controls and avionics for precision control and optimized flight efficiency.

The Su-75 is powered by a single Saturn izdeliye 30 afterburning turbofan engine that gives the jet approximately a one-to-one thrust-to-weight ratio. The aircraft has a maximum range of 1,900 miles and a top speed of Mach 1.8.
