Jet powered wing is a personal carbon-fiber aircraft with no control surfaces. Instead, you will use skydiving techniques, like hands and legs movements, to control the wing. With motion controllers you are literally able to raise and lower your hands to roll and pitch, or pull chute toggles.

First versions of the jet wing were not able to take-off vertically, so the pilot had to jump out of a helicopter. You are still able to get inside of other aircraft and leave it anytime, both helicopters and airplanes, which can greatly increase flight time and maximum range.

But with the evolution of compact jet engines vertical take-off became possible - small nozzles are able to adjust wing attitude during hovering and, if you have enough skills, to perform transition from cruise flight into vertical hovering.

Avionics is fairly optimised and contains a helmet mounted display with most important aircraft data like airspeed, altitude, attitude, and tablet with basic controls - engines thrust, display and smoke settings, flight mode switch.

For safe landing, ram-air parachutes can be deployed and controlled by toggles. After smooth landing, you can refill fuel tanks and continue your flight if necessary.
