The 99 Commuter is a twin-engine, multi-use, civil aircraft. It was designed to be able to operate as a small commuter airliner, a business and executive transport, or a light cargo craft. Crewed by one or two, it can accommodate up to 15 passengers. It took its maiden flight in 1966 and it was introduced in 1968.

The 99 Commuter was developed after years of research and aviation industry study of previous models of commuter aircraft. It was created for versatility, reliability, efficiency, and longevity. It features a sleek, spacious, unpressurized cabin that can be easily configured for a variety of applications. It has a low-mounted, high-aspect ratio main wing that is optimized for efficiency. It has a standard empennage and a retractable tricycle undercarriage.

The 99 Commuter measures 44 feet, 7 inches in length, stands 14 feet, 4 inches tall, and has a wingspan of 45 feet, 11 inches. It is powered by two wing-mounted turboprop engines that each generate up to 715 shaft horsepower. Each powerplant turns a 3-blade, constant-speed, fully-feathering, reversible propeller.

The 99 Commuter has a range of 1,048 miles, a service ceiling of 25,000 feet above sea level, and a cruise speed of 236 miles per hour.

The 99 Commuter corresponds to a new product for XBOX but is an UPDATE of the old product Beechcraft 99 series published before and removed by a problem with the trademark with the owner of its rights. This pack was overhauled entirely and contains all fixes of bugs reported initially by customers. Additionally, this time included in the same model the option by a TABLET to modify the exterior model of the baggage container located down the fuselage and change without the need to select other fly the cockpit: ANALOGUE or GLASS (DISPLAYS). The new package was modified into 3D models, adjusting details and textures by Adobe® Substance. Also, all indicators are working correctly and thoroughly tested; the lights are adjusted, night illumination is fix, and sound is too.
