Old Warden Aerodrome, situated in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, boasts a rich aviation heritage dating back to the early 20th century. Established in 1932, it was initially a private aerodrome for the Shuttleworth family. However, during World War II, it played a crucial role as a base for various military operations, including training Royal Air Force (RAF) pilots.

Post-war, the aerodrome transitioned into a hub for vintage aviation enthusiasts. It became synonymous with the Shuttleworth Collection, a renowned museum of vintage aircraft and vehicles. The collection showcases iconic planes from the early years of flight, meticulously restored to their former glory, which frequently take to the skies during airshows.

Today, Old Warden Aerodrome continues to serve as the venue for the Shuttleworth Collection's displays and airshows, attracting aviation enthusiasts from around the world.
