Mulhouse-Habsheim airfield (LFGB) is located 18 km (11.18 miles) north of Basel Mulhouse Fribourg international airport, within the town limits of Habsheim and Rixheim in Alsace, France.

This is where Flight AF296 (Airbus A320) tragically crashed on June 26, 1988. The aircraft was supposed to perform a low flypast of the airfield during an airshow, but hit trees and crashed into the forest killing three people.

The airfield has a paved runway (1000 m) an unpaved runway (965 m) all oriented 02/20, in addition to a second unpaved runway (500 m) oriented 16/34, which is reserved for home-based ULM.

Mulhouse-Habsheim airfield is open to general air traffic and was last inspected in 2012.
