RWG 1935 KLBF NORTH PLATTE

The North Platte Airport has a long history with the aviation industry. Following World War I, airplanes were being used more frequently. In 1920, the Postal Service wanted to expand airmail facilities and make a transcontinental effort. Two years after the inaugural flight, the North Platte airport became the first lighted airport.

Years later, North Platte s airport was also used to test radio communications between the air and ground.

RWG USA 1935 is an optional add-on increasing even more immersion by changing planes, services and countries ... but is not essential.
