KKIA or Kota Kinabalu International Airport is Malaysia's second busiest airport after KLIA. Situated in East Malaysia on the island of Borneo, KKIA serves the city of Kota Kinabalu as well as the entire west coast of Sabah. This scenery also contains two iconic landmarks situated to the north across the bay, Tun Mustapha Tower and Menara Kinabalu, the latter of which has a functional heli-pad.

Our product contains two passenger terminals, along with freight, general aviation, and other facilities in and around the airport compound:

Product Features: Custom jetways with assisted docking by our in-house developed WASM based VDGS units. Accurate custom ground markings and stop bars at all terminals with weathered and aged taxiways and aprons. Realistic hand-made terminals and facility buildings. Custom modelled housing area on the RW02 approach. Dynamic day and night terminal windows and volumetric lighting effects on poll lighting. Ambient audio has been included, announcements can be heard from the terminals from time to time. Custom runway textures and accurate approach lighting systems. Partially modelled interiors to provide better immersion when viewing from the cockpit.
