SOUTHOAKCO, in partnership with Glideslope Simulations, presents SKGY Airport.Guaymaral Flaminio Suárez Camacho Airport (IATA: GYM, ICAO: SKGY) is a secondary airfield in Bogotá, Colombia, located in the northern part of the city, in the locality of Suba, bordering the municipality of Chía. The airport primarily supports general aviation operations for the nation's capital and accommodates only category A and B aircraft, due to restrictions at El Dorado International Airport for single-engine aircraft. Operations at Guaymaral are limited to visual flight rules (VFR) only.

It serves as a base for private and commercial aircraft, as well as pilot training schools such as Aeroandes, Adevia, and the Aeroclub de Colombia. The airport is also home to the Colombian National Police's counternarcotics base, which houses UH-60 and Bell 212 helicopters.

Facilities at the airport include bases for AvioCharter, AvioPartes, Aeroclub de Colombia, Aeroandes, Llanera de Aviación, Mantenimiento Aéreo Integral, Sicher Helicopters, and, most recently, Helistar de Aviación. Refueling services are provided by Globe Air Fuel and Energizar Aviación, offering Jet A-1 and 100/130 fuel for the various aircraft operating at the airfield.

On Sundays, it is common to see gliders and ultralight aircraft flying in the area around the airport’s ATZ (Aerodrome Traffic Zone) and training areas.
