Edmonton International Airport (CYEG) is the main airport serving the city of Edmonton in the province of Alberta, Canada. Located approximately 26 km south of the city centre, the airport opened in 1960 and handles approximately 8 million passengers per year, making it one of the largest airports in Western Canada.

With two main runways and a modern terminal, CYEG offers a variety of passenger services and connects the city to major destinations in North America, as well as some seasonal international routes to Europe. CYEG is also a strategic logistics hub, serving as a base for air cargo operations, especially for the region's oil and gas industries, which make heavy use of air transport.
