HOUSES 2024 brings a new level of immersion to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, featuring a collection of six fully furnished and accessible residential properties, including a skyscraper with a rooftop and two fully decorated apartments.

Currently, the add-on includes:

Two luxury villas: One on Raccoon Island, Miami, featuring a private airstrip (ICAO: VLL1) and a private hangar. (The runway is 1969 ft) One in St. Barthélemy, offering stunning Caribbean views.

Three skyscrapers with helipads and accessible interiors: Skyscraper Miami: Located in front of the Kaseya Center. Helipad ICAO: HSKY1 Skyscraper Hong Kong: Positioned in front of the old Kai Tak Airport. Helipad ICAO: HSKY2 Skyscraper Rio: Located near Santos Dumont Airport. Helipad ICAO: HSKY3 Each skyscraper features an elevator to access both the rooftop and the apartments inside.

Enhanced environments in Miami, Hong Kong, and Rio de Janeiro: Miami Port: Added container cranes, moving cargo ships, and cruise ships entering and leaving the port. Dynamic ship traffic around St. Barthélemy, Hong Kong and Rio for a more lively seascape.

More houses will be added over time, based on community feedback via the official Facebook page.

For advanced users: If you're familiar with the MSFS SDK, you can place the houses and skyscrapers wherever you like — just make sure you understand terraforming polygons and material polygons.
